Create a new Log In for eBill

With eBill, you can manage your account in various ways online.

Go to my.HamiltonTel.com and click on eBill.
Click on register.
Enter your most recent invoice number and the amount due. Click Continue.
Set up a user name and password and enter your email address. Click Continue.

You will receive a confirmation email.

Open your email account, find the confirmation email, and locate a URL link in the message. Click on the URL link to finalize the confirmation. You may need to copy and paste the link into your web browser. In the confirmation window, click on the Confirm box.


Go Paperless

Once you have your account set up, you can sign up for paperless billing by changing your Invoice preference.

Log into your eBill account through my.HamiltonTel.com.
Click on Settings > General then select your Invoice Preference.
Select “Web Bill Only” to change your preference to begin receiving your invoice electronically. You will receive an email each month when your new statement is available, and you will no longer receive a paper bill.
Invoices default to “Paper Bill Only”. If you leave this selected, you will continue to only receive your invoice by paper.


Pay Your Bill Online

Save time and add convenience by setting up an automatic recurring monthly payment or one-time payment online.

Log into your eBill account through my.HamiltonTel.com.
Select Pay Bill from side menu bar.
Select if you are making a one-time payment or setting up a recurring payment.
Enter the banking information from your checking account.


Add An Account

If you have not bundled your Hamilton services and want to access all of your Hamilton accounts, including your Cobalt TV bill, you may do so within your E-Bill account. You will need the invoice number and amount due from the most recent invoice of the account you wish to add.

Log into your eBill account through my.HamiltonTel.com.
 Click on Settings > Select Account.
Select Add an Account.
