VoIP can be delivered over Hamilton wireless, with or without a Wireless Internet plan, or over the internet of a different provider. Availability through Hamilton wireless does require a clear line of sight from our tower. Hamilton VoIP service can run over the Hamilton wireless internet service or a different internet service.

Yes, as long as there is a direct line of sight to our tower from your home or you have internet service from another internet provider.

No. Hamilton can port your current number to the new service, allowing you to keep your current phone number.

When Hamilton Fiber is made available, customers will be converted to fiber services and will not be allowed to remain on VoIP service, unless your home resides outside of the fiber territory but receiving Hamilton Wireless Internet and VoIP service.

Hamilton phone service is priced at $17.95 plus taxes and surcharges. New Hamilton Wireless Internet service plans in Ord for customers interested in VoIP services are 10 Mbps ($64.95) or 15 Mbps ($89.90). There are no equipment contracts or install fees.

Yes. A Dish or Receiver will need to be installed on the roof of your home. A wire will run from the receiver to a small power supply connected to the phone box. The phone box is approximately the size of a deck of cards.
