All services have a billing cycle of the 1st to the end of the month.

How do I set up my account for automatic billing?

To activate automatic bank deduct (checking or savings accounts) please click here. To activate monthly credit card billing (for non Hamilton telephone customers only) please call our billing staff at 877.426.5638 or 402.694.6655. Accounts on bank deduct will still receive a statement, accounts on credit card billing will not receive a paper statement.  Electronic payments are taken on the 10th of the month.

How do I protect my children from unsafe websites?

We have been testing a program called K9 Web Protection and have had good results with it. The good news is that it’s free for home use. We are not able to provide tech support for it, but their website does have a variety of support methods available.
