How do I change my passwords for email?

Please call our office at 402.694.5101 so we can update the password in our server. Once that is complete will need to update the password in your email program.

What is the Hamilton.net billing cycle?

All services have a billing cycle of the 1st to the end of the month.

How do I set up my account for automatic billing?

To activate automatic bank deduct (checking or savings accounts) please click here. To activate monthly credit card billing (for non Hamilton telephone customers only) please call our billing staff at 877.426.5638 or 402.694.6655. Accounts on bank deduct will still receive a statement, accounts on credit card billing will not receive a paper statement.  Electronic payments are taken on the 10th of the month.
