Account Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: Account Managers are responsible for meeting the client’s expectations for service, leadership and communications. Functional responsibilities include monitoring program results and serving as the client’s liaison with the operations departments to improve performance as needed and coordinating project setup, data return, verifications, accurate on-time reporting and proper invoicing. Account Managers are expected to deliver value added results for each client by making recommendations, preparing additional analysis and reports, and by being involved in the day-to-day management of the client’s programs. Account Managers typically manage 3 to 5 major accounts at the same time plus several smaller accounts. This position must establish excellent communications and rapport with the clients with an emphasis on verbal and written communication on a daily basis.
