Computer and Telephony Systems Technician
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the day to day installation, repair, testing, maintenance and monitoring of proprietary hardware and software for Hamilton Relay. It includes administering telecommunications switching equipment integrated with PC workstations as well as on-going maintenance of voice and data transmission facilities. This position is also responsible for the management of data populating a proprietary SQL database. On call and some after hours work will be required, along with the ability to be on site in Aurora, Nebraska within 25 minutes.
